To keep your Velvet Hero saddle pad looking its best, we recommend gentle cleaning wherever possible.

Remove loose horse hair and dirt after each use with a soft brush. For small marks, gently spot clean using cool water and a mild detergent.

When a full wash is required, wash on a cool, gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C, ideally inside a protective wash bag. Fasten any straps before washing.

Do not tumble dry, bleach or dry clean. Allow the saddle pad to air dry naturally away from direct heat. Avoid ironing the branded, faux-fur or decorative areas.
